KARE Square is a boutique, family-run NDIS provider founded to fill a real gap in the disability sector: wholesome, genuinely personal support for participants and their families — delivered efficiently, without the operational bulk and lost personal touch that so often comes with large NDIS organisations. Being family-run and boutique by design is a deliberate choice. It lets us offer the responsiveness, warmth and personal attention that bigger providers simply can’t, while holding ourselves to the highest professional standards.

Who We Serve
Based in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, we provide culturally safe, inclusive support shaped around the communities we serve — including LGBTQIA+ participants and people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) and migrant backgrounds. We believe support should reflect who you are, so we tailor ours to your culture, identity and lived experience.
For more than four years, we’ve been a registered NDIS provider in Sydney, supporting over 70 participants — including four group homes. It’s a track record built one relationship at a time, and proof that personal, boutique support can grow without ever losing its heart.

Every member of our team is experienced, carefully matched to the people they support, and fully certified — with National Police Checks, NDIS Worker Screening Checks, Working with Children Checks and current First Aid. It’s how we combine the highest professional standards with the warmth and personal touch that define a boutique, family-run provider.
