What services does KARE provide?
KARE provides services to NDIS participants under their CORE and CAPACITY BUILDING budgets, Home and Living Supports, daily living supports, community access, specialised support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching.
How do I apply for the NDIS?
Access can be made before age 65. Gather information about your disability and support needs, complete a Referral, and contact us KARE can help you gather what you need for free.
What are the costs of a KARE Support Worker?
KARE follows the NDIS Price Guide. Minimum service is 4 hours weekly, which can be split into 2 × 2-hour shifts.
How do I make a referral to KARE?
Whether you’re a Support Coordinator or a family member, referring is as easy as filling out our referral form. Our friendly Care Managers will be in touch as soon as possible.
